The "white" towels were stained I have just returned from Mersa Matruh, we enjoyed our vacation very much however when we were there, there were a few hiccups that we were not happy with for the amount of money we had to pay. The rooms do not meet the requirements expected for a 5 star hotel. The staff is not qualified to run a 5 star hotel. The service is horrible!! They charge you to bring ice to the room!! In this "5" star hotel not even the water is free!! The decor and accommodation reflects more a 3 star hotel.

The rooms were not all that. Coming from Cairo and experiencing other 5 star hotels it was truly a disappoinment not getting the service expected. Our vacation was not as expected due to the poor service and frustration in this hotel. I enjoyed the interesting and the well-developed designing of the hotel ,the excellent services and the honorable staff.

In few words, I spent 4 days full of joy ,fun and relaxation in a very beautiful place over the Mediterranean.
